A holding with an eye for cultural work.

Rayon MEP is a German holding company based in Obernburg. Our core business is the management of our own assets, the holding of participations in other companies, and the assumption of personal liability and management in other companies, in particular limited partnerships.

We focus on ventures around entertainment and recreation, cultural events, performing and visual arts, event organisation, conventions and trade shows. Our role is to provide a stable corporate and financial base so that creative teams can concentrate on the work itself.

Where we invest our attention

The companies we take part in and manage work across six fields. Each one needs a different mix of planning, structure and care.

Performing arts

Theatre, dance and music productions depend on partners who can commit capital and share responsibility over a full season, not just a premiere. We support such ventures as a participating and managing partner.

  1. 01

    Cultural events

Festivals, readings and community programmes with a clear local identity.

  2. 02

    Visual arts and creative projects

Exhibitions, studios and design projects that need steady backing.

  3. 03

    Entertainment and recreation

Leisure venues and activities for families, groups and visitors.

  4. 04

    Event organisation

Planning, staffing and delivery of private and public events.

  5. 05

    Conventions and trade shows

Exhibition formats and conferences with sound organisation and clear contracts.

How we work with partners

1

Professional structure

Clear corporate roles, documented decisions and orderly accounts for every participation.

2

Flexible cooperation

We adapt to the project: silent partner, active manager or something in between.

3

Creative understanding

We know that cultural work follows its own rhythm and plan around it.

4

Attention to detail

Contracts, liability and schedules are checked early, so surprises stay small.
